How long I keep information

  • Adult consultation forms are kept for a period of 7 years (this period is different for children). Personal information is destroyed using a crossed cutting shredder once the retention period is reached.

Minors 

I understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially online. My website and services are not directed at children. Any minor wishing to use my services must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. No treatment will take place without the parent or guardian’s attendance or prior authorisation and written consent. I will not ask for personal information about a minor without the parent or guardian’s prior consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided me with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact me using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
