Hello my name is Mandy and I am a fully qualified mobile reflexologist
providing clients with a professional service in the comfort of their own home. I trained at the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester achieving a distinction in an ITEC level 3 diploma in Reflexology for the Complimentary Therapist.
I am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and fully insured to support clients living with various conditions.
My work as a qualified dispenser in a healthcare setting for twelve years, has enabled me to acquire an extensive knowledge in the the use of conventional medications, used in the treatment of health conditions.
I offer a complete reflexology programme to relax the whole body, incorporating, deep breathing, massage and manipulation of the reflexes to release and cleanse imbalances.

Why consider reflexology?
Reflexology works on the principle that energy flows through us like a river. When the flow is poor and blocked the body is likely to respond in a negative way. Illness and pain are caused by trauma, environmental, hereditary and age-related factors and cannot be cured with reflexology. However, if the energy flow can be improved by applying pressure to the reflexes and gently manipulating them, the client’s own body is likely to respond in a positive way providing calmness, stress relief and relaxation, all key components to aid good health and well-being. Reflexology supports the whole body and not just a condition. There are very few conditions that cannot be supported through reflexology as it is considered extremely safe and is suitable for all ages.
